RETURNS / EXCHANGES
You have the right to return products purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date you received them. In this case, the cost of the returning goods is in your charge.

2. The product is in the state in which you received it, unused and unworn.
3. The GREGIO company tags and the product labels have not been removed or destroyed in any way.
4. Please make sure the packaging of the parcel is safe so there won't be any damage during transportation.
5. Please note that GREGIO is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during the return transportation.
6. The money can either be credited (for a new purchase) or refunded according your desire. Refunds can be provided only when the product is returned with the retail receipt. The refund relates only to online purchases.
The refund process can take up to fourteen (14) days from the day we received the goods.
RETURNS/CHANGES FROM PHYSICAL GREGIO STORES.
Changes are acceptable in 30 days with the change card or the receipt.
Used items cannot be changed!
Seasonal items and special offers can be changed only with other seasonal items or offers respectively.
GREGIO has a no refund policy.
